Set design | Story-telling | Light & Material Strate
If we understand space as an unstable, messy, shifting set of political, social, economical, institutional interactions, and context as produced and contested through complex contingencies, then the architect can intervene in direct and material ways. Architecture, in this formulation, leverages existing potentials toward new realities. This project works with program and context in the novel and exploratory ways that challenge architecture's disciplinary bounds, while reinforcing our capacity to impact space, social experience, and representation.
In this set of pictures, I use organizational, atmospheric elements, filters and representational techniques to be placed within a series of the interior, scenographic models.
